- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to schedule an initial phone conversation to listen to the customer's needs. If I feel 100% confident that I can help them with the sale and/or purchase of their home, I will schedule a in-person meeting at a day and time that is convenient for them either at their home, their favorite coffee shop, or at any one of my Realty Austin offices. At that time, I will show them my marketing presentation for the sale of their home and/or narrow down their must-haves and give them realistic options, whether it’s on the buying or selling side of the transaction. I'm always upfront and honest, and I will present supporting facts to back up my recommendations because I do not make promises I cannot keep.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a licensed Realtor, certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert and certified Pricing Strategy Advisor which gives me an advantage over other real estate agents to be able to provide my clients with the best buying and/or selling experience at the best price and terms because happy long-term clients is always my ultimate goal! I'm always expanding my knowledge to be an expert in my field by attending educational courses and conferences regularly, reading up on articles about real estate practices, trends, and technology, and staying up-to-date on the laws of real estate, and obtaining real estate specialty certifications to help me become the best at what I do. I love my job and I love to learn!
