John and Tanya were courteous and true professionals. Responsive communication. Explained the method they used to prep the concrete and the epoxy application process. The pricing is fair to include the warranty. Attention to detail. My garage floor was transformed and it looks great even without the clear coat which will be applied tomorrow. Statewide Striping prices start at $3.10 per square foot. The going average rate in Texas is $5.00-$7.00 per square foot.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the customer has contacted Statewide Striping and Epoxy the next step is to schedule a on-site opponent at the customer residence to measure the garage. Once measurements are taken a bid will be provided. If customer accept the bid then a date will be scheduled.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in Concrete testing, Concrete epoxy decorating and epoxy and stained materials.
