Introduction
Movement has been a constant in my life. I majored in dance in college and danced for the NBA for four years, an experience that taught me discipline, performance, and the deep connection between the mind and body. After that, I spent eight years in New York City’s fitness industry, training clients and refining my approach to wellness. Now, I focus on online life coaching and fitness coaching with a holistic approach. Everything is connected—physical health, mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual growth. I integrate movement, nervous system regulation, and mindset work to help clients achieve lasting transformation. With certifications in NASM and FMS, I have the expertise to guide people toward their goals, whether it’s building strength, reducing stress, or healing from past experiences. My journey through toxic relationships and a difficult upbringing shaped my perspective on resilience and grounded spirituality. I understand what it takes to break old patterns and create real change, and I’m passionate about helping others do the same. Jen is an amazing trainer. She hears your when you express your bodily concerns and makes sure you feel comfortable while still challenging you. She's helped me so much and I would absolutely continue to back to her! I'd recommend her to anyone especially if you have any injuries. She's great at helping you get to the root of the problem and has a great sense of what exercises will help to prevent further damage to that area in the future. She really knows her stuff.

Probably the best trainer I've had!! Understands what I need and what exercises to do that will help me out. I feel like I've improved so much since I've started working with her. Works me hard but I see results fast.

Jen was my trainer for 4 months and she went above and beyond offering a variety of different workout plans. She helped me with my posture and weight loss goals. I also feel a lot stronger over time and more energized. Definitely recommend!
