Movement has been a constant in my life. I majored in dance in college and danced for the NBA for four years, an experience that taught me discipline, performance, and the deep connection between the mind and body. After that, I spent eight years in New York City’s fitness industry, training clients and refining my approach to wellness.
Now, I focus on online life coaching and fitness coaching with a holistic approach. Everything is connected—physical health, mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual growth. I integrate movement, nervous system regulation, and mindset work to help clients achieve lasting transformation. With certifications in NASM and FMS, I have the expertise to guide people toward their goals, whether it’s building strength, reducing stress, or healing from past experiences.
My journey through toxic relationships and a difficult upbringing shaped my perspective on resilience and grounded spirituality. I understand what it takes to break old patterns and create real change, and I’m passionate about helping others do the same.
