- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a lot of payment plans including monthly, bi-weekly, and weekly payments. I also offer discounts on paid in full packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This is if you are an Online Client: 1. Set up a Meet and Greet phone call(15-20mins) to see if we are a good fit 2. If we are a good fit then we get on a 45-60min Zoom call to go over the program 3. Onboarding 4. New Client Orientation Call to show how the app works and set up programming If you are an In-Person Client: 1. You must be local in Austin, TX 2. We will meet up at my gym: Big Tex Gym 3. We will do a consult and work out 4. New Client Orientation
