- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a variety of in person packages depending on how many days a week that you want to train. My rates start at $90 a session for 3x a week. I also offer online personal training/nutritional guidance for a discounted rate!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have each client start with the foundational work first. Strengthening the core, improving mobility, balance, and corrective exercises for any imbalances in muscles. In terms of onboarding each new client will get a welcome packet! This includes easy to make delicious recipes, list of protein/carb/fat food sources, food swaps, and on the go nutritious food options. They will also be updating their "before" photos and getting a workout for "homework" that will supplement the workout we do together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology and a Minor in Nutrition.
