Galit is Awesome! She has helped me so much in improving my fitness! Before starting the class, I couldnt even do a pull up. Now I can do multiple in a row with no problem! The picnics are always a blast as well!

I have had such a positive experience working with Galit! I highly recommend her personal training sessions.I initially reached out to Galit because I wanted to implement more strength training into my exercise routine and to make sure I wasn't neglecting any muscle areas. Before working with Galit, I had looked up some videos online, but I was worried about doing the exercises incorrectly and hurting myself so I had not committed to doing them.I decided to try personal training and I am thankful for the experience! From the beginning, Galit did a thorough physical assessment, listened carefully to my goals, designed (and updated based on my progress) personal training sessions that responded to my goals, helped me learn to do the exercises correctly, taught me that I can do more than I thought, and even showed me how to use gym equipment (which I had been too intimidated to use before). She is easy to get in touch with and checks up on you to see how things are going.In addition to being very professional, Galit is a joy to be around. She is very encouraging and listens attentively. She is very knowledgeable on health issues (including nutrition as well). She also answers questions in a clear way. She is not judgmental and I always went home from the training sessions feeling good about myself.I highly recommend her training programs!

Galit is a super passionate and dedicated fitness & health coach! Her workouts really challenge and test the fibers of your muscles in creative ways while you get to connect with nature and breathe fresh air while working out.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I have a variety of in person packages depending on how many days a week that you want to train. My rates start at $90 a session for 3x a week. I also offer online personal training/nutritional guidance for a discounted rate!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I have each client start with the foundational work first. Strengthening the core, improving mobility, balance, and corrective exercises for any imbalances in muscles. In terms of onboarding each new client will get a welcome packet! This includes easy to make delicious recipes, list of protein/carb/fat food sources, food swaps, and on the go nutritious food options. They will also be updating their "before" photos and getting a workout for "homework" that will supplement the workout we do together.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have my bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology and a Minor in Nutrition.
