I have a fun, Pilates-style of working out that will shape your body and keep you moving. Traditional Pilates focuses predominately on the core. I will give you a 45-50-minute workout that will tone the entire body, building lean muscle from head to toe. For clients with bigger weight loss goals, I offer my signature Cardio Pilates Bootcamp with a healthy and challenging combination of cardio exercises and my Pilates style training. I am also certified as a nutrition coach via Precision Nutrition. Nutrition planning and coaching is available for a small additional fee for all of my fitness clients.
I was a fitness addict for many years and tried a wide variety of exercises. Pilates is the first form of exercise I tried that really showed me the results I wanted. I am standing taller. I have lost inches from every part of my body, and I feel stronger and more energized than ever. Teaching others the secrets of Pilates and watching their bodies completely transform is so incredibly rewarding. I truly believe everybody needs to incorporate Pilates into their workout regimen.
