To say CheyFit has changed my life would be an understatement! Cheyanne is the most positive, supportive person you could ask to have in your corner. When my energy is low, I feed off of her’s… When my motivation is lacking, she gives me 100 reasons to stay disciplined. And not to mention the program itself is SO. GOOD. I’ve been going to trainers and the gym on and off for years but these are the fastest and most consistent results I’ve seen. But most importantly, my mental health is light years beyond where it was a few months ago, so HUGE shoutout to Chey!!!

Cheyanne is quick to respond to your inquire and get a time set up to virtually meet, to go over expectations & goals! I Loved the questionnaire it was very easy and made me under my goals as well! The receipts are easy and help me plan grocery shopping & meal prepping better! Working out isn’t my favorite thing to do but Cheyanne consistently helps me stay motivated, while providing me different level of work out levels. She continues to help me strive for my goals, altering the plan as necessary! You will be very happy you said yes to a better you and a better lifestyle change for you!
