I have helped facilitate healing, positive change and growth for each one of my clients whether they are training for an event, a life event or regaining strength and mobility after a surgery or injury. Training with Jason has allowed me to access newfound strength and confidence, and it has inspired me to pursue fitness and health in a way that has been transformative. Jason is deeply knowledgeable- able to answer any questions and also willing to diversify workouts depending on what level of energy and physical ability I may be working with on any given day. Jason is a wonderful trainer. He listens to me and watches my movements meticulously. Always giving me necessary feedback and adjustments. I have made leaps and bounds in my health working with him. He is a wonderful example and a very pleasant person to be around/work with. I was nervous to start working with a trainer but Jason made me feel comfortable and able right out of the gate. I appreciate his expertise and feel great working with someone who has been in this profession for as long as he has.
