Roberto and his assistant did a great job. My move was in the San Antonio Area; at first I was a little worried to hire him, because he is based in Austin. Not only did he arrive on-time, but he exceeded my expectations. They took great care for my furniture and appliances and delivered everything in perfect condition. Roberto and his assistant were available on very short notice. The moving van was spacious and clean and they supplied moving blankets and plastic wrap. The whole time they were helping me they were professional, respectful, and attentive. They moved a very long, unwieldy dresser down a staircase with narrow turns without damage to the dresser or the walls. They also took their shoes off to go to the carpeted 2nd floor even though I said it would be appreciated but not required for them to do so. They fixed my tall shelf and dresser mirror against the walls of the van securely so I was not worried about them falling or hitting each other. I would definitely hire this business again and will be recommending them to anyone I know in the Austin area!
