At Kane Remodeling, we pride ourselves in our attention to detail, constant communication with the client, and quality of work. Our mindset is to perform your remodel as if it were in our own homes; this means no cutting corners and no dragging job lengths out. We are not like other Thumbtack contractors who do not employ their own workers. Outside of plumbing, Kane Remodeling does not use subcontractors. This allows us to keep a stronger handle on the time frame, quality of the work we provide, and warranty on all work once we leave. We work 9-5, 5 days a week until the job is done. Kane Remodeling is a quality design-build Remodeler. Our goal is to not be the most expensive or the least expensive, but to be the highest quality remodeler at the middle range price point.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Kane Remodeling started from a family owned remodeling company that was formed in 1992. We are a second generation remodeler that have built on our experience to offer high end solutions at a middle of the road price.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you understand the remodeling process to the bet of your ability and try to create a budget that you are comfortable with ahead of time. While everyone wants to get the best price possible, very few people want to run into quality or install issues as soon as the job is done. Educate yourself on the materials that are out there and what style you are looking for. The same company can remodel the same Kitchen for $20,000 or $100,000. A lot of the price will come down to material, finishes, appliances, and styles that the customer is looking for.
