- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on total number of beds/baths, sqft and the existing condition of your home (standard vs deep cleaning). While we don't offer partial cleanings, we have a minimum visit cost that allow us to clean specific areas of your home. Initial cleanings are charged on a regular price while weekly and bi-weekly are charged on a discounted price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you decide to hire our services, you will receive three emails, the first one with the official quote so you can approve, the second one to get your payment method (card on file, it will not be charged until we get there) and the third would be your appointment confirmation. Once you’ve made an appointment with Green Pure and Clean, we reserved the time exclusively and respectively for you. Please note that if service is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, OR we are unable to access the home upon arrival, OR we are turned away at the door, a cancellation/lockout fee equal to half the service price will be charged to the credit card on file.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has years of experience in the cleaning industry, we know what products to use for every situation. We also can use your own products, if you want to help the environment or even if you have allergies to some chemicals, we offer green products to clean your home.
