Urban Tech LLC. was a joy to work with, I am beyond impressed with their work. Very professional and punctual service was provided, and all of our concerns were addressed in the best of ways. Urban Tech LLC installed the Ring Doorbell and Alarm Systems for us, as well as the Ring flood light and all of the devices were installed perfectly. An in-depth explanation of how the devices work was also provided, and Urban Tech LLC always responds to our inquires promptly with incredible detail. It was a pleasure working with Urban Tech. They installed 7.2 surround with a 140 inch projector screen in our media room! They did a wonderful job! The technicians were very punctual and professional and completed the whole project in a timely manner! I will highly recommended them!

We had been looking for security cameras set up around the house. Urban Tech LLC were just the right people we needed. I really appreciate the detailed and thorough walk through of the work and making sure that I as the customer was satisfied with the project. I also liked that I was shown different options to choose from prior to starting the work. Very creative, super nice and great service. We highly recommend it.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Before arriving at the client's home for on-site estimates or service dispatch, a deposit of $100 is required. We offer discounts on purchases made exclusively through Urban Tech LLC.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Although COVID-19 was five years ago, all of our workers are vaccinated. We are currently offering on-site estimates. First, we gather information from our clients over the phone to create a preliminary proposal. After receiving a deposit, we then meet with our clients on-site to discuss important details and the scope of work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed electrical Contractor, private security license, Control4 Platinum Dealer, Savant dealer, certification in centralized lighting, and collaboration with various smart home and security alarm brands.
