Bonnie scheduled us for a specific time -- not a window -- and showed up on time. He could tell immediately I needed a new garbage disposal, and was able to visit Home Depot and grab the same model and install it that same morning. He even stuck around and shared tips about usage that I didn't even know about. Very happy with the outcome.
