There was a problem with my treadmill as Grigorii was disassembling it (a piece was stuck) but he continued to troubleshoot until he was able to finish the job. He didn’t charge me extra for the additional time it required. I did have to call a friend for help at the last minute to help Grigorii move it upstairs. He had come alone even though the job required heavy lifting.
