We had to fix the shower floor of two of our bathrooms because they were leaking. The work involved demolishing the existing shower floor, building a new shower pan, tiling the new shower floor and re-tiling the lower portions of the shower walls. We got multiple quotes for the job. We decided to go with Trist because their quote was reasonable, they were able to start the job soon enough, and we had a good feeling after talking to Vince, their project manager. We are very happy with our decision because they did a good job and completed it on time. The men were punctual every day, worked diligently, and were careful to minimize the impact of the construction dust on the rest of the house. Vince was communicative and responsive. Several weeks after the job was done, we wanted them to come back to do some touch up. Vince made sure his men came back and addressed everything to our satisfaction. We are impressed by Trist's customer focus, and have already recommended them to our friends.

They gave me the most competitive bid. They did everything as agreed although it took a few weeks more than expected. Few month after installing the hardwood floor it got bulged and messed up everywhere. Trist Design honored their warranty and fixed it after. Overall I am happy.
