- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, our process is comprehensive and tailored to ensure we meet their unique needs. We understand that every project is different and thus, requires a thorough understanding to provide an accurate proposal. Firstly, we like to initiate an open dialogue where we encourage the customer to share as much detail about the project as they can. This includes their goals, expectations, budget, timeline, and any specific elements they want to incorporate. Next, we prefer to physically see the work area if possible. This allows us to get a better sense of the space, assess any potential challenges, and visualize the project in the actual environment. This step is invaluable as it often uncovers aspects that may not have been apparent during initial discussions. After gathering all this information, we then develop a proposal that outlines our suggested approach, estimated timeline, and costs. We believe in transparency and ensure that our clients understand each element of the proposal. Finally, we review this proposal with the client, making any necessary adjustments based on their feedback. Once everything is agreed upon, we can begin the exciting work of bringing their project to life.
