I highly recommend Racine! About 5 weeks ago our heater stopped turning off once it reached the set temperature. I had someone come out from another company, and they told me a part was needed, and then proceeded to ghost me for the next several weeks. I have been calling 3x week and was only called back once saying “the part should be in any day now.” Yesterday I decided to call it, and found Racine on Thumbtack. He came out within the hour, diagnosed the problem (different than the other company has said), and explained what was going on, including telling me the exact name of the part. He emailed me an estimate of the part and labor within a couple of hours. I approved it and he got back to me quickly saying he would order it, and it should be in today. . It was quite chilly in the house this morning, so I checked in with Racine, and he was picking up the part. The new part was installed and working by noon. Amazing service and professionalism!

Messaged late Saturday and immediately responded , could come out same day or next day and fixed my AC in about 15 min, was really nice and explained everything to prevent in future , initial problem was AC was running but only warm air from vents was coming out, ended up needing to replace one part that they already had on hand
