Hey there thumbtackers! This is an excellent DJ. He came to our senior event & made it extra special & memorable for everyone. I highly recommend Color Sound. The colors were amazing..very well worth the investment. Trusted us to pay and worked with our budget. Hands down the best experience we’ve had so we booked him again for a few more buggy down days! I'm the CEO of a creative production company and we work with all sorts of vendors for events. I HIGHLY recommend Color Sound Entertainment. William is reliable, wildly talented, responsive and kind. What stood out to me working with William versus other DJ's in the past, is that he is really good at reading the room. We had William DJ at a wedding that included all age groups, and it turned out perfect. He was great at communicating before, during and after the event. He did a fantastic job listening to our requests/preferences. He did a fantastic job playing nice music during social hour, the prelude, after the wedding, the cake cutting and of course the 1st dance. He did a great job of catering to all music requests which got everyone on the dance floor. The evening would not have been the same without him. I would highly recommend William.

5 stars for William! We hired his company, Color Sound Entertainment to DJ a private party for us and he CRUUUUSHED it. Such a great mix of cool and original songs. The dance floor was jumping the entire night. He kept the energy up and I loved his selection of music. So original and specific to us. It really was such a delight having him and we will certainly hire him again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While we have a set pricing structure that is competitive, we are able to offer discounts to clients that meet certain requirements. Reach out for more details!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving some initial basic info about your event, we can hop on a call to get to know each other, discuss the details further, and decide on a DJ/MC package for your event. You'll have unlimited consultations with me throughout the process. In the week leading up to your event, we'll have a final call to confirm all the details. I am greatly fulfilled by helping to bring my clients visions to life and would love to do that for you as well. I look forward to chatting with you!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education in DJ/MC skills is the real world! I've done over 300 events in just the past 4 years. There's nothing like the real live feedback of a crowd to school you in the business of gettin' folks to boogie. While I can play any genre of music, my real world experience has taught me which songs to play in any genre to get the best reaction from your crowd. I also have a background in stage acting! This means I know how to make announcements and introductions over the mic with ease and class. You and your guests will feel comfortable with me behind the flow of your event.
