- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Agreed Divorces No Children, no property: $500. For chapter 7 bankruptcy: $1200. For Probate: $1200.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with you by phone before we meet in my office. By the end of our phone conversation, we will know whether or not we like each other. That is the MOST IMPORTANT part of the attorney client relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continually take refresher courses in law and psychology. I am highly experienced in mediation and settlement processes as well as jury trials and judge only trials
