Michael Spinks took care of my divorce at 1/10 the price quoted to me by several other law offices. There was no drama, no stress. He simply filed the appropriate documents, completed the decree and met me at court to finalize the divorce. He was personable and funny. I enjoyed my short time with him. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with you by phone before we meet in my office. A short phone conversation, or, zoom conversation will allow us to determine if I can help you with your legal issues, AND, if we can work together to resolve your issues.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continually take refresher courses in law and psychology. I am highly experienced in mediation and settlement processes as well as jury trials and judge only trials
