Austin Remodelers were a dream to work with. They truly excelled both in quality of work and communication. We had major water damage in our house and needed drywall, tile, vinyl flooring, plumbing, painting, in multiple rooms. Rotem was our first point of contact when he came out to measure and do an estimate, and he put us at ease right away. Shaked answered our many, many questions about the proposal clearly and graciously, and as soon as we decided to move forward, we knew we had made the right decision. The silver lining of the whole experience is that we now know exactly who to call when we need any remodeling work done in the future. Some things that made working with Austin Remodelers great: --Rotem is an amazing project manager. We saw him every day, he checked on the work and kept us updated about every detail, confirmed our preference before moving forward with any decisions, and was generally a great guy. --Everyone who worked on our house was a specialist, and they were all great at what they did. We had different people working on vinyl floors vs tile vs drywall, etc., and they all clearly took the work seriously and took pride in doing pristine work. I was particularly impressed by the tile guys, having had some shoddy tile work done in the past. They were great at sourcing materials, too. They found a perfect match for our 16-year-old baseboard that isn't sold in any mainstream stores anymore. --They were extremely thorough about protecting our home, especially during dusty drywall and tile demo, and about cleaning up at the end of the project. --The business side was clear and no fuss. We were given a clear payment schedule, a tracker for all expenses incurred during the project, and both physical copies and photos of all receipts. We were given several different payment options so we could do what worked best for us. All in all, while we were not intending to do any remodeling and were essentially forced into it by water damage, I'm SO happy with the results AND that I now have a "go to" company for any future work. The "after" pictures may not look flashy because we weren't doing huge upgrades or a fancy remodel, but to me it is perfection.

Rotem and his crew remodeled my kitchen a year ago, friends and family astounded by the design and craftsmanship! You can't ask for a more responsible and likable crew. I have recommended Austin remodelers whenever anyone needs a remodel. Rotem kept me updated on any change or discrepancy and all appointments and deadlines were met. He is very organized and always thinks ahead. When they were done with the remodel, I had no concern that wasn't met. This has been one of the best remodels I could have done for my home.

This is my second time working with them. The project was to put the new tiles.I messaged Eric on the new year eve, and he came on Jan the 2nd to provide us a quote. The area was around 400 sq ft. Eric and his team was able to get the most done in a week. Very efficient! And very detailed. The area includes kitchen and laundry room, and they moved the fridge, stove, and the washer dryer so they could replace the tiles underneath.

Rotem and his team did an excellent job on 2 projects for me (half bathroom remodel, and a remodel in one of my rooms - remove carpet/install vinyl, paint, recessed lighting, etc.). I will not hesitate to use them again on future projects I have in mind. Easy process from start to finish! Highly recommended!
