- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a set menu or price. Every request is tailor made to the client & we customize our services to fulfill your unique needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually when a client contacts us I like to send menu ideas based on their cuisine preferences & the tone of the event, IE casual, formal, passed apps, seated dinner. Then they send their choices & I build a comprehensive proposal for them including the menu, service, rentals, catering equipment, drinks etc..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do not have any formal chef training but have been running my own catering businesses in Texas for 25 years.
