We are a boutique catering company & pride ourselves on focusing on our individual clients instead of booking as many parties as we can. That is why we may have fewer reviews than our competitors. I am passionate about food & love tailoring each menu to our clients specific desire. Although we do create amazing food those 5 star reviews are due in large part to our staff. We have all been together for years & they provide the best service in the industry! Normally we only accept one party a day & one wedding a week. That way we can give our full attention to each client & not only meet but exceed your expectations. We focus on quality over quantity. I enjoy bringing our clients vision to life & that no two events are ever the same. Whether it's an intimate seated dinner party or a huge corporate event no detail will be overlooked. From creating the perfect menu, arranging all the other details such as flowers, music, valet or even a mechanical bull or dunk tank no detail is overlooked. Each event is unique so it is always different & exciting for us but more importantly we want you to be excited about your event & we'll go above & beyond to make that happen!

Lyndie and her team did a fantastic job catering, serving, and bar tending for our holiday party! I will definitely use her service again.

Working with Lyndie C Catering was wonderful! Lyndie responded to my inquiry quickly and the responsiveness continued throughout the whole process. I was working on a corporate cocktail party with Lyndie in Austin while I was in NJ so it required extra help from Lyndie and she knocked it out the park. She was very easy to work with, food was excellent and she helped to coordinate all of the other vendors for the evening. I couldn't have done it without her!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a set menu or price. Every request is tailor made to the client & we customize our services to fulfill your unique needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually when a client contacts us I like to send menu ideas based on their cuisine preferences & the tone of the event, IE casual, formal, passed apps, seated dinner. Then they send their choices & I build a comprehensive proposal for them including the menu, service, rentals, catering equipment, drinks etc..
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do not have any formal chef training but have been running my own catering businesses in Texas for 25 years.
