- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call 75$. The remaining cost of the repair is calculated individually.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- A new client contacts us via chat or phone call. - We conduct an initial survey and consultation about their issue during the phone conversation. - We arrange for an on-site diagnosis of the problem, scheduling a day and time that is convenient for the client. - We diagnose the problem. If it can be resolved immediately, we do so. If additional parts are needed for the final repair, we coordinate with the client to order the necessary appliance parts and inform them right away when they will be delivered, and when we can return to complete the repair. - Once the parts are delivered, we finish the repair and test the appliance together with the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our specialists have higher education in engineering, and all of them are accredited experts in appliance repair.
