My washing machine was possessed on the spin cycle. I contacted company late at night when I was frustrated and still got a reply back and an immediate diagnostic appointment. I needed new springs and when they came in, they were defective. Another order was placed and now the new new springs worked like a charm. Aaron was the service guy throughout all of it and was always punctual and professional and explained everything to me, even showing me how to check if springs are bad. I’ve got my first load of laundry in right now and am so grateful. I will be using this company for any and all appliance needs from here on out. As a bonus, the diagnostic fee is rolled into the cost of the repair! Highly recommend Aaron and this company.
