This company was good. They communicated very well about everything. When the tech got here he was very professional and polite. He addressed the issue I had and fixed the problem. He explained everything in a easy way, that even I could understand. I was very impressed with this company and would definitely use them again.

The gentleman who came to fix my washer was very friendly, asked questions about what I was experiencing from the washer to cause concern. Though everything "looked good", he said it didn't sound good. He took it apart, found the issue, and fixed the washer. Thank you!
