- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most pest issues can be assessed and quoted over the phone. During this call, we’ll ask a few questions about your pest concerns and provide recommendations based on your situation. For more complex issues, like rodent or termite infestations, we’ll schedule a FREE inspection with one of our highly skilled technicians. Based on the phone assessment or inspection, we’ll provide a detailed plan outlining the recommended treatments, service options, and pricing. Once you approve the plan, we’ll schedule your first service at a time that works best for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is composed of licensed pest control professionals who are certified and trained in accordance with Texas Department of Agriculture requirements.
