I called in a panic stricken situation and immediately was put at ease with Vincent's knowledge, understanding and point of action in handling my situation. The man is brilliant, trustworthy, calm and put together a plan quickly due to his experience in this field. It is an absolute must! If you are reading this review, do not waste your time in calling other companies, only to have to do the process over and over, then in fact wasting your time allowing even more time for more damage costing you and your whole family time in which you do not have. There you go! This is a " VERY SERIOUS MATTER AS WE MUST BE EDUCATED IN HOW WATER, FIRE, and more DAMAGES, ACTUALLY CAUSE FEWER YEARS OF OUR LIVES IF NOT HANDLED THE ABSOLUTE RIGHT, PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HONEST MANNER!!! and that is a Company that you can count on, rely on, and trust in, in keeping your family, business and whatever you have safe from the hazards of handling a situation like this in the RIGHT way. The repercussions of not cleaning and fixing a situation like this can cause health problems that if gone untreated, literally take years off of our lives cutting them short. When we have it in us, the ability to actually prevent this from happening. Why wouldn't you? We need someone you can count on to do just that. Call them Believe me! It can add years to your very life, keeping your property clean and healthy, keeping microbes, mold and fungus from infecting/invading your property. I apologize for the long note, but I can't possibly enforce enough the importance of what this company "GIVES" to its clients/consumers. "A true life clean of impurities, a feeling of ease knowing you and your family are safe as this is just priceless! No amount of money gives you this! Waking up to over an inch of water covering the lower level of our home was stressful especially having knowledge of how damaging water can be and how quickly it can cause damage. My husband was out of town and I was home sick in bed with Covid. In search of urgent water rescue, I skipped over all the sponsored ads of big companies. I found the three closest to my home and chose the one with the highest reviews and longevity. The team began mitigation in less than an hour of my call! My greatest take away in this awful incident is that mitigation is key and the single most important timely decision you can make to save as much of your belongings as possible! Vincent and his team were very diligent!

When we were at our lowest United Water Restoration came to the rescue. A week before our first born was due our world was rocked as our newly purchased home had a terrible flood hit over half of the house. United worked around our busy schedule as our newborn had arrived to come and take out the walls and floors to remove all of the moisture. Steven was very attentive to our request for service and understanding of our situation. Jesus and Kemar were diligent in their work to remove the affected areas and courteous to minimize the damage to the surrounding areas. Tim was very informative and helpful on educating us on some of the damage we were seeing. Lastly Vincent spending the time in our house going over all the damage and our repair options that fit our budget and time schedule reassured us that there is light at the end of the tunnel. We look forward to getting our house back to normal and we cant recommend the United Restoration team enough!
