FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide up front pricing and receive approval before proceeding with any repairs. Our typical initial diagnostic fee is $96.00, which is credited towards the cost of the approved same day repair. We also offer discounts to our Platinum Maintenance customers (5% discount on all plumbing services), first responders, healthcare workers, teachers, and seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer starts by having our staff reach out to ask intake questions regarding the plumbing issues they are experiencing, information about their home and any concerns. Then, we will advise them if any diagnostic charges apply or if we can provide a complimentary site walk. Once this process is completed, and the service appointment is scheduled during that initial call, our experienced team of plumbing technicians can determine what the best course of action is for resolving the issue promptly and effectively.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold all of the proper licensing required by the State Board of Plumbing Examiners, Master RMP plumbing license, Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester License and adhere to annual continuing education requirements as set forth by the state board of plumbing examiners. Additionally, our plumbing specialists are certified by Halo Water Certification and Navien Level III certification.
