Tim's price was very fair, and the quality of the work is outstanding. He came by and got a sample of my mortar, and when he came back the next day to do the repair, his color match was perfect! He did the work quickly, and and it looks fantastic! I give my highest recommendation for Lancaster Masonry!

I contacted Tim to clean and repair a fireplace we are planning to paint. He came to take a look at it and said he could come back in a week to do the job. He messaged the day before to ask what time he could be there. He arrived early, completed the job in half the time for a good price, and it looked better than we thought it could! Tim has a work ethic that is missing with a lot of tradespeople these days. I wish he did more than just masonry!

Tim did brick masonry work on a side wall of my rental property, and I can tell you he is a man of his word because I have dealt with a lot of contractors over the years — He was professional, punctual, very responsive, and his quality of work speaks for itself. As far as value is concerned, I believe the price is the price, and if fair it doesn’t warrant haggling. The bid quote I received from Tim was unmatched, he is fair, and above reproach.

I had a section of loose brick under a window. It was repaired professionally, quickly and at a very reasonable cost. While he was here he looked at a sink hole that had developed in my driveway. Turned out the culvert had a big hole in it that had been stuffed with large rocks on the original installation 40 to 45 years ago. Have to admit that fix lasted a long time. Contractor patched the hole with cement and filled in the hole. Again, repaired professionally and at a reasonable cost. Lancaster Masonry is highly recommended.
