- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Packages usually start from $200 for a 45 minute session (with about 15 edited images available through an online gallery,) but this varies from the type of session to the specific requests of the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact, I typically have my clients fill out a questionnaire to help me understand how they would like to customize their session. Once that is complete, we communicate via phone and e-mail to design and plan the session from outfits, to location, to poses, etc. This process is very interactive to ensure that the client is getting exactly what they want from the session. Once everything is planned, I send a detailed e-mail with all of the information relating to our session - this is usually an exciting part of the process because it's fun to see how our planning has come together!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been capturing moments through photography for as long as I can remember. It wasn't until I was given the opportunity to capture some major moments in people's lives that I realized this was something I could do professionally and really felt passionate about. It's something I love to do and I dedicate a lot of time and effort into it. :)
