Damond was awesome. Spent his time troubleshooting first to find out my inverter was not communicating to Solar Edge. He got a new router and it didn’t work so got another one and it worked. We then found out my inverter was dead. He then took control of situation and talked Solar Edge into sending a replacement inverter under warranty. Had it shipped to his company came and installed the new inverter and I am back to producing power from my panels. He was very professional and just took charge. Would highly recommend him.
