- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes a tilting TV mount for TVs up to 70". It also includes basic wiring run inside of the wall from the TV straight down to outlet height where the wiring will exit the wall through a finishing plate. All the customer needs to provide is the TV, the wall, and about 30 minutes of their time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I learn what their needs are and do my best to meet their needs. I assess the TV location and offer my advice on what height the TV should be and how wiring should be handled. I treat a customers' house like I would treat my house. I always clean up after myself including vacuuming up any mess I have made with my own vacuum.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as a cable technician for years. I learned how to do good, quality work in a timely fashion. I have been hanging TVs for 10+ years. I come in, do my work, and head out. Most people are shocked at how quickly I get the work done. After working for Extreme Makeover Home Edition, I learned how to work fast and efficiently.
