Our project included a basement garage to studio conversion. They also completed a transformation of a super awkward half bath to a full bath with shower, and a sink usable to the studio. Lastly, they did a tear out of a bathroom with a rotted floor and brought it up to a modern bathroom with a floor drain. We love everything they did. Everything was exactly to my specifications or higher. We recommend Payan Bros Contracting without hesitation and we will definitely call them again. They are smart, talented and excellent communicators. They are also good at working with creative people who want to brainstorm solutions. You can’t go wrong with this team.

The Payan Bros did an excellent job repairing some drywall in our office space. They were easy to work with and they always responded to any questions I had in a timely manner. I'm going to be using them again to build an interior wall and install a door within the next week or two.

Small drywall project that was completed very nicely, even given some challenges in the depth of doorframes and electrical based on previous wall covering. Priced reasonably and were able to quickly come out and start the project. The team also did an excellent job of containing the drywall mess and foot traffic, even given the snow and ice. Would highly recommend!

Our hourly rate is for 2 workers at the same time, mostly handyman work the rate is hourly. When there is a remodeling or building something, the price is for the project.
