I specialize in both soft and romantic portraits and gritty, electric concert photography.
I started out as a wedding photographer before I got contracted to edit boudoir and wedding photos for an established photography studio. I became interested in concert photography and I currently work with bands throughout Nashville as a concert and tour photographer. Whatever I'm shooting, I am passionate about making people look incredible in every photo.
***As I’m a touring band photographer, unfortunately I can’t commit to jobs more than 2 months in advance.

My fiancé and I booked CJ for an engagement shoot on and around Broadway in Nashville. Her pictures were absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond to ensure we were BOTH satisfied with the quality and location of the photos. Her willingness to get the right shot showed she really cared about her work which was clear in the final product.

CJ Horton is an absolutely stunning and versatile photographer. She has a natural eye for composition and posing, and her work shines whether she's photographic a wedding, a concert, a portrait session, or boudoir. She is a delight to work with and makes any occasion more fun. I messaged CJ a week and a half before my husband and I got married. I was panicking because I didn’t have a photographer set weeks leading up to my small wedding. In a matter of hours, after I sent CJ the request she accepted. Not only was she kind enough to work with me in a short amount of time, but she accommodated me and my husband throughout our wedding day. We were delayed by an hours and she still was kind and patient.
Her work is amazing. We are still in awe of how the pictures turned out. The cherry on top was the customized link/page she sent to us to view our photos. I highly recommend her!!!
