Truly Handy LLC completed 3 jobs inside and outside my house. Hanging string lights, installation of outdoor patio fan, and re hung wall arts and mirror inside the house. JR was great and finished the jobs in time. I will definitely recommend them.

When scheduling the job, Mounting Now was extremely responsive and insightful. They told me exactly what I needed to purchase in order to change my overhead lighting from fluorescent to LED and to add a dimmer, which I did. They were able to replace all lights and dimmer. The dimmer didn't work as it was not powerful enough for the voltage of the lights. In addition to this, I needed an overhead light installed in a room with an 8ft ceiling. There was one guy installing, and I asked if he needed a step ladder, and he said he didn't. I heard him moving a chair and assumed he was using it to stand on. He was actually propping up his phone and recording himself. Mid-install, he dropped the light, and it shattered. They did credit me for ordering the new light, but it was on back order and took two weeks to come in. Rescheduling for them to come back was difficult as they wanted to wait until they were on a site nearby, so notice was short. They did return and install the new light. I requested that they repair my outdoor light, but it needed a new cell and bulb. I ordered them. They requested that I let them know when they arrived. I messaged for 4 weeks with no response and ended up hiring someone else to make the repair. A week later, I received a message from the technician saying he had lost his phone. Overall, the guys were kind.
