I honestly cannot speak highly enough about this man. I hired him to install Govee Permanent Lights for my home. I've never used Thumbtack before, and I was a little nervous. He responded right away and had AMAZING communication throughout. He was always incredibly quick to respond and never made me feel like I was bothering him. On the day of the job he arrived with his crew and was extremely punctual. He did a fantastic job of keeping me posted about when he was going to arrive. We met to discuss my thoughts for the project and he made sure I was completely comfortable with everything before we started working. He worked efficiently and with the utmost detail. I truly do believe that treated my home the same way he would have treated it as if it was his own home. But I must say that what impressed me most was his integrity. After the job was done, and after I had already paid him, I noticed something that I should have taken care of before he had left. At this point, I had already paid him so he could have just ignored my request. But he came out the very next morning, 12 hours later, and made sure that the job was done right. No questions asked, no hesitation. He stayed with me until I was happy. I'm so impressed by his work, his attention to detail, and his integrity. I look forward to working with him on other projects that I need done. Do not hesitate. Hire this man.

I had a flocked Christmas tree that needed to be disposed of and R&B Services came and got it and now my living room is back to normal. Thank you for the on time service even in inclement weather. The job was done to perfection. Will definitely use him again.
