Antonio was great! Very responsive, great price and such a nice guy. He was able to go out of his way and search 3 different locations for a specific plant we desired and found it for us at no additional cost. They did quick work- I was shocked and what they got done with just 2 guys and about 4 hrs. Only critique is the bits of mulch that fell out of the truck,barrel and bed that, but those will fade with the next rainfall. Overall very pleased and would use them again without hesitation.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For grass cutting I normally ask for an approximated square footage. And for landscaping I prefer to meet the customer in person for pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send the potential customer my quote if they are interested in my services then they respond back to me. we then set up a time to meet in person for the actual estimate based on job that needs to be done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked with a friend of mine long time ago who was a great landscaper himself. He showed me the trade and I have been doing this kind of work for the past 13 years now.
