I think I like them, but the jury is still out. They are very professional and gave lots of good tips and advice as they helped me prepare for the opening of my short-term rental. The listing hasn’t gone live yet, so the between guest cleanings haven’t started. I feel confident they will do a good job, but I can’t really say for sure until we are farther along in the relationship.

Most projects went well, but when it came to renovating my bathroom and listening to instructions, it fell apart. The bathroom paint and spackle were sloppy, and they just put back in the old stained and cracked tub that I asked to be replaced, replying with "you can clean it." The shower they installed also leaks which I brought to their attention twice, so I finally told them to stop all renovations and I'll just hire someone to fix their mistakes. Instead, they decided to remove the knob to my home, break in, and attempt to save the job while I was at work. Some of my tools also went missing. Now I'm spending a couple more thousand to get someone to correct these mistakes.
