- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A first time customer discount is applied to the final project price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to speak to the customer over the phone and get a basic understanding of the project. Then, I like to schedule a time to go out to look at their project(if that is best in the situation). I will then send them an estimate and follow-up after a few days to see if there are any questions that I can answer for them. You can e-sign all official quotes and contracts through the email that is sent out. Then, I work with my customers to determine the best time for their project to be completed so that I can get them scheduled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience directly relates to my years of working for and with my grandfather and his construction company that he owned for over 50 years. I was on job sites since I was 4 years old.
