- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Being a past service member I believe in supporting the great men and women who defend our freedoms. I also believe in supporting all the servants that work long hours unthankfully to help provide my family and loved ones with a quality of life. Please ask about our 10% discount for all: teachers, nurses, present and ast duty service members, law enforcement officers, first responders, clergy and medical professionals. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe in transparent and honest business. For me business needs to benefit both parties for there to be a transaction of value. My clients are given a simple 4 step method. 1. Identify needs 2. Inspect for repairs 3. provide pricing options for service (good, better, best) 4. Perform approved work. All communication: quotes, invoices and payments are handled electronically. We securely save cards on file to remove any payment hastles.
