We hired Max to help prep a rental house for sale. It turned into more of a flip and Max helped with every step. He was very professional in all of our dealings and was a huge help in getting out property turned around for sale quickly. He was very collaborative with ideas to make the property show its best and to help save money on the project where possible. I would definitely hire him again and cannot recommend him highly enough.
