Josh is a super nice and respectful service Technician.I am unable to get to the doors in the basement, he was so kind and made sure all the doors had been locked behind him after he completed his service. He showed care and expressed his condolences when I told him of the recent loss of my husband, whom he had met on a previous service call.Thank you again for your service

Each and every time I have had to call Maynard the office staff is very professional and knowledgeable, even after hours staff. The technicians are professional and on time. The technicians are very good at any questions or concerns I may have , as well as diagnosing a problem. I have used Maynard since 2020 and would highly recommend them.
