- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price has always remained competitive with others. I do offer discounts to veterans. You will have to provide a military ID to receive the discount. The discount is 10% of the total bid cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I would normally do is meet with the client and then conduct an on-site estimate. I will prepare a bid and have it emailed to you for review. Once the estimate is approved, I will move forward to schedule this project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for a few different General Contractors doing subcontractor work in the past. I learned this trade by working with a previous interior contractor who specializes in finishes. I went on to work solo and have been doing this for almost 20 years now.
