615 Concessions provided Bounce Houses and snow cone machine for an outdoor Fish Fry & Conmunity Festival. The professionalism of placing these items in the assigned area was beyond expectations - electrical outlets were a long distance from the location. Generations were required - that huddle was handled with ease and patience. Valerie was patient in "teaching" the use of the snow cone machine. The staff involved were plesant, skilled, and prompt in the delivery and installation of the items for the Children's Area. The delivery and set up was on the night before the event. It rained on the day of the event. When the pickup was scheduled, the staff arrived promptly and patiently dried off the items, packed them and were on their way. Super easy to work with them , they are flexible & punctual definitely recommend & will definitely book with them for our next party ! The kids were bouncing all night long & the bouncy house is a nice size !

Renting from 615 Concessions/ Ms Valerie was a great experience! Ms Valerie was very professional, responsive and punctual. Oh, and the cost for the rental & supplies were very affordable. 615 Concessions is top of the line who helped to make my church-KINGDOM’S LOVE MINISTRIES-1st Back to School “Hair Affair Event” for kids a success! Our equipment are priced affordably to allow the customer to maximize their dollar and make the best of their event. We offer our Toddler Bouncer- as an (add on only to concessions, movie theatre screen, yard celebration cards or tables and chairs) for an additional $35. Measurements: 9'L x12'W x 6'H ~ And ~ Our Small Bouncer with the Pool & Ramp- as an (add on only to concessions, movie theatre screen, yard celebration cards or tables and chairs) for an additional $35. Measurements: 11.8L x 9.17W x 6.58H.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Stay accessible as often as possible for the customer for if/when they have questions... Also making sure that the customer is aware of our products and what we have to offer them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
