That's all I've got to say about that. people, please for the love of god answer messages or phone calls from the pros on here. we are being charged for every lead we receive, which is ok. i personally do not like paying for leads if a customer is going to request my services and then not answer any phone calls or texts.

Crawford gave me the highest quote imaginable from all the quotes I received from thumbtack. It was nearly triple of the quotes I received just to paint a ceiling in one room. I keep getting alerts to write a review so here it is. Hopefully you are not overcharged on your next project.

The individual appeared to be courteous and amiable. I had arranged for a task to be finalized by noon, but it was delayed until 6 pm owing to transportation difficulties. Regrettably, the communication regarding the delay lacked professionalism and transparency until after the initially estimated time of arrival had passed. It is advisable to refrain from making commitments unless there is a certainty of possessing a dependable transportation arrangement.

the issue here...... is that the individual fails to mention that prior to me accepting this job is that she had started talking to someone else and asked me if it was ok. I had a lot going on and I was in the middle of trying to buy a second vehicle when she messaged me saying the other guy didn't work out and was expecting me to drop everything I was doing to go do a job that she asked someone else to do. I'm sorry but I had other things planned and by the time I got around to having time to go and fix this job which someone else messed up, she had already canceled. I'm at peace with the way this played out, I wish this individual nothing but the best.
