- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide clearly written quotes and invoices. With that said, we want to be as accurate as possible with your quote, so please contact us with as many details as possible. We also have many different packages to choose from to ensure you are getting the level of service you deserve.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to communicate with people either via text, email or telephone. From there we can get a sense of the project and define a time line for the shoot, final delivery of the product, and payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been formally trained in photography to include an understanding of composition, lighting and other technical aspects. I keep pace with social media and all other editing software. Additionally, I have multiple colleagues in the professional photography industry. We go to classes, seminars and confer constantly to ensure we provide each other with constructive criticism about our photography. This way we can stay up to date with the latest trends.
