- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates are set per service and reflect the time it takes to care for a typical pet household. Rates are subject to change to reflect the service requested, location of the client, and the overall anticipated workload of the booking including extra travel time to the client's home when applicable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients can reach out to inquire availability and rates. From there we schedule an in person meeting with you and your pets. During the meet and greet I'll ask important questions about your pets, your home, the service you are looking for and you are welcome to also me questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have seven years of experience in this field.
