I got tile removed and LVP installed. Receiving an estimate was fast and easy; however, we did run into a few issues. First, I had to make Pedro aware that his workers did not prep an area for floor installation that should have been done. Second, an area had to be redone because the floor felt unleveled when walking on it. Pedro stated it was because the foundation was not level; however, we believe it was due to not prepping the floor well before installing the floating floor (picture below shows the floor that the planks were installed on top of). The area was redone with self-leveling concrete being played before the LVP installation, which seemed to help. Once the area was redone, we noticed a portion of the baseboard missing. Pedro advised that it was already missing, which I’m positive it was not (picture below shows how the baseboard was left after the completed job). No resolution was provided. Additionally, my wall clock was damaged while the job was being completed. (Picture below). This was brought to Pedro’s attention, and again, no resolution was provided. All in all, the quoted price was reasonable; however, I wish Pedro provided more supervision to his workers to ensure quality. From my perspective, Pedro was only available when picking up the payment. My advice, take pictures of EVERYTHING! We’ve decided to go with another contractor to fix and complete the remaining work.

The floors look amazing, they did a really good job. Although they failed to tell me that they can't put the toilets back until it was too late. In addition they do not know how to put back the stove, I had to do that my self. I am currently waiting on my stairs to arrive for them to set them up.
