- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the customers needs and create a custom estimate with either a phone call, or a site visit. If the bid is accepted, a certified technician will professionally install the equipment. Before leaving, the technician will train the customer on all of the equipment and services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are required to go through a rigorous training and certification process.
